Supply Chain Manager - 530
Supply Chain Manager is a key leader within the organization providing centralized management for all Supply Chain functions within the Health System. This position directs, manages and implements programs to ensure efficient operations of the Health System’s Supply Chain program in order to provide materials, services, supplies, capital equipment sufficient to support our operations and strategic initiatives. In the position of Manager, Supply Chain, responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving all Supply Chain issues associated with: supply, capital planning, supply chain procurement, GPO optimization, Policy and Procedure development/compliance, financial reporting, supply technology/supply assessments and performance improvement.
The Manager will be responsible for the overall outcomes of the Supply Chain and include service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) staff satisfaction, supervision; standardized processes; perpetual inventory management and related process controls; and supply expense targets. The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with executive management, administration, hospital management across the hospital and clinic sites. In addition, the Manager will also promote working relationships with key external organizations; this would include other providers, suppliers/vendors, government entities and applicable professional associations
