    Performance Improvement Coordinator
    Duties/Skills Changes

    Will input quality initiative data for all core measures and others as required.

    Will assist with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation of licensed independent practitioners.

    Will conduct chart reviews as directed.

    Will assist with staff education as directed.



    Qualifications:

    College degree preferred (type of degree and experience will determine consideration) or at least five (5) years of experience in a medical field.

    Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong clinical background preferred.

    Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing, required.

    Must be able to multi-task.

    Must be detail oriented.

    Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

    Must be able to walk up and down stairs.

    Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

    Must be able to write legibly.

    All other duties/skills and qualifications will be discussed at time of interview.
