Floor Project Technician
Summary
Provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floors are maintained in a manner that supports DW McMillan & the HHS partnership.
Essential Duties
� Refinishing floors (stripping/waxing), scrubbing, top coating and buffing.
� Complete knowledge of floor care and refinishing is required
� Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
� Must be friendly and able to effectively communicate with hospital staff, patients and visitors.
� Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
� Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
� Floor work will generally be completed at night with some weekend work required.
All other duties/responsibilities will be discussed at time of interview.
