Insurance Signups Start for Area Citizens.

BREWTON, AL - D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital is offering ObamaCare insurance signups at no cost for the public. Under the Affordable Healthcare Act, all citizens are to be given options for health coverage. Cynthia Lee is available to help anyone who wishes explore their options and help navigate them through the signups.

Anyone looking for insurance coverage or looking for more affordable insurance is encouraged to contact Mrs. Lee. Those who have ObamaCare insurance are required to sign up each year.

"Starting with this years' tax return, the government will assess a financial penalty to those without health insurance," said Rick Owens, hospital chief financial officer. "We want everyone to have the opportunity to sign up to avoid those fees."
